Low cloud coming down to about 1900' during the snow showers. Strong wind gave a bit of a sand blasting experience. Freezing level around or above 2000'
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Still no place to fall on sunday. Below the crossing remainded sugar coated and what snow did come during the flurries slightly refreshed and quietend the upper section. It was actually easier to ski late Sat afternoon. The sudden increase in bight on the new snow could catch you out in the low cloud.

Best summed up by one of the Geordie lads who turned up on Alston's Morocan standard ski hire service - beats an afternoon in the pub.
:: Riders
OAP, PeterS, Lietwolf - around 20 others came and went during the day.

Cold cold and more cold ! very strong easterly, downslope wind all day. freezing level probably about 700m, but didn't really make much difference. good visibility.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Born hard snow. Very slowly improving during the day as the top layer gradually got cut up. Freezing rain on friday didn't help, except to preserve the excellent base. Quite a bit of deicing required first thing on the top pylons and cables. only really the main run complete, though the other runs only really need a little more snow.
:: Riders
Only about 10 - 15 skiers. a very quiet day.
