Stob Coire nan Lochan, up corrie rim & down Broad Gully

Dry all day and little wind. Freezing level above summits.

Stacks of snow in north-east facing corries, down to about 850 metres. Deep, gruddy snow in the gully.

A hike over the back of White Corries to explore the bowls on Sron Na Creise.

Was hoping to ski back out via etive glades, but the traverse / climb had melted. So we ended up with a brutal hike out.

Down a gulley between the summit T Bar and the memorial cairn on the way to the top of the Spring Run (Memorial Gulley?) South facing gulley with a left to right entrance then straight down, 30 minute walk back to east ridge and then back to pistes. Slied twice

excellent visibility, very warm on this slope.

Snow heavey for top 6cm then harder base. On second run (2.30pm) sloughs and sunballing.

Meall a' Buiridh and over to Creise

Mostly sunny. Cloud above summits. Not too windy.

Hard packed on way up Meall a'buiridh. On Creise windblown soft with an icy crust... nice! Not enough snow to ski down connecting ridge between Meall a'Buiridh and Creise, crampons and skis on rucksac. Good weather with fantastci views.
