Poor vis, high winds but fresh snow made the ride worthwhile

Looking West from Warren's T-bar. Good snow in by fences

Nick grimly hangs on to the T-bar. Best riding to the left.

Overcast on lower slopes, thickening cloud on upper slopes. Freezing at all levels. Wind increasing though the day. Snow falling in afternoon
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Snow down to restuarant but not brilliant. Stones to be picked through. Runs beside the chair suffering from pillows of ice and scrapped packed snow. Sought better snow and found it on Summit tow. Good conditions. The goose offered room to slash bigger turns but had to walk out to the restaurant. Took poma to Warrens where we found good conditions close in by lift fences. Steep, excellent snow but some rocks to be avoided in piste. In afternoon the snow falling refreshed it very well. However poor vis and high winds at the top. Took traverse, link and bunny run back and found plenty of fence-side powder ribbons to slash away in.
