A cold day on the hill, freezing at all levels with a few convective snow showers coming through in the afternoon

Still early season baseless conditions with a soft and unconsolidated snow cover which is windblown and thin in places with plenty of sharks lurking for the unwary. There are some deeper deposits against fence lines and in gullies and some weakly bonded windslab forming higher up on the hill.
