:: Weather Conditionsovercast but brighter spells later in the day improved visibility. max temp about -0.5C very light SE wind.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoThe snow from Monday was heavily drifted and needed a lot of spreading about. By today the snow was lovely cold machine packed and wind packed off piste with frozen grassy bits between. Nice skiing on all main runs with plenty of space for everyone. a big plus today was that almost everyone there were expereienced skiers and hardly anyone had a problem with the Poma. Good cover, cold snow and excellent pisting certainly helped but the standard of skiing and riding made for a chilled efficent day for the operators. I estimate the tow lifted more than 3000 skiers today.

:: Weather ConditionsMisty first thing, then by midday sky cleared for a perfect sunny afternoon.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoRoads were a bit dicey in the morning- the Council have now got the road cleared - providing no more wind. Wind driven powder on a firm base. The corduroy snow created by the pisteur was excellently done.
:: RidersOff piste was slightly wind crusted - but all skiable. What a day for 100 or so happy sliders 100 people

:: Weather ConditionsMinus 7 deg C at engine hut. Clear and little wind.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoLovely day 60% snow / 40% grass. As the underlying turf was well frozen, running over the grass was o.k. About 4 or 5 different ways down (not pistes!) were available - providing you were prepared to do combat with the peat hags.

:: Weather ConditionsBlu ie. Just the odd cloud every now and again. Big Hanx to the snow-gods. Some wind on summit but nothing compared to what you might get on the Cumbrian hills
:: Snow Conditions & InfoGot up the hill back of 11 and conditions were good.
:: RidersPiste basher in constant use, doing a fine job moving snow about. Massive thaw throughout the time I was there with obvious impact on uplift track, despite the hard work by club members. One nicely groomed run either sideof the Pomma from hell. (Only got me once this trip) and a few little bits to be had here and there, taking care to avoid the heather and sticky bits. Maybe a bit generous with my snow cover score but hey-ho a great day out of nowhere and a massive thank you to the Yad Moss ski club for their hard work.
