Overcast but bright with sunny spells in the afternoon. A nice spring day!
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Great cover in the main natural gullies on the mid and upper mountain. Nice soft and quick spring snow across the open terrain. Watch out for the snow bridges and holes lower down!
Wall T-Bar operated am, closed pm due to breaking uptrack.
Short walk across the plateau serves as a nice warm up!
All credit to the Coe for staying open - they were rewarded for their efforts as it was quite busy! A great day to finish on, but we hope to return for Midsummer skiing in June!

Sunny, nice weather and dry except from an odd hint of snow after lunch. Got pretty warm in the afternoon - warm enough for t-shirt skiing
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Fresh snow overnight improved the conditions although the off piste was baseless and you had a reasonable chance of hitting a rock. Possible to ski the Plateau runs although they were combat. A great day of spring skiing.

Mainly sunny but some light snow showers bubbling up in the afternoon. Felt warm and above freezing in the sun but temperature dropped significantly during showers. The cosmetic snow on the mid mountain was melting but there wasn't much if any up in the Main Basin
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Snow cover improved for the most part last weekend except from on the Plateau where now only the Poma uptrack and Old Mugs Alley are complete. The snow was a mix of fresh, spring snow and some firmer areas. Best snow was on the upper mountain.

:: Weather Conditions
Clear weather conditions dominated through most of the day, with the occasional light snow shower closing in from the West, but visibility was always excellent. The showers eventually burned off at the end of the day, raising the temperature from just below freezing in the morning to 4-5 degrees by the afternoon.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Snow cover was generally fantastic. The upper mountain was loaded with a mix of fresh skier-packed snow higher up and soft granular snow lower down. Happy Valley was by far the pick of the day with skier-packed powder on a firm base. Main Basin was also good, but less packed and rather hard on the knees on the way down. Spring Run was soft and fully loaded, though heavy in the bowl. Mugs Alley was mostly full-width, but the snow was also somewhat heavy and sticky with the occasional unexpected hole. Plateau run was just about passable until the last 50m, but very heavy and wet with narrow sections.

Blustery Convective heavy April showers all day with snow above 600m and rain on lower slopes. The sun only made a rare appearance and it felt cold on the summit with spindrift blowing in the gusty wind and more like full on winter conditions.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Late April Freshies all day! The upper mountain still retains a good deep cover of snow in all the natural gullies and the fresh snow was being replenished all day in the snow showers and filling in gaps such as the summit path to the Spring Run which is now complete again, thanks also to ski patrol who shovelled snow over the rockier sections. The Spring Run was superb all day as also was the Main Basin and Happy Valley. Lower down on the Wall the snow was much heavier going and stickier as was Mugs Alley which now has holes appearing and is really now only suitable for access. Plateau Poma and Wall up tracks still holding up well and intact but Plateau Run is now broken at last section.
