:: Weather Conditions
Sunny intervals, with occasional short snow showers. Freezing level about 2500 feet. Wind North to North East, 10 - 20 mph, picking up at the end of the afternoon.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Not much sport on the lower runs, which were narrow with icy patches, though there was a great little powder trail down snow fence at the top of Mugs Alley.

Happy Valley was in good condition though, groomed, easy new snow, turning to spring snow just at the bottom.

The Main Basin was more interesting: new snow, varying between light breakable crust and heavy powder on an icy base. The icy base was showing through in patches. It was possible to make fresh tracks around the main basin (short though) until the end of the day.

The Spring Run was very interesting. On the left, new snow varying between heavy powder, light breakable crust, and wind slab. On the right, ice and wind slab. It was possible to make fresh tracks by staying high on the left. After the rocks two thirds down, there are two options. Going right seemed better.

I didn't try Fly Paper as I was skiiing on my own (Billy No Mates here) and it was so quiet - almost spookily quiet - that I didn't find anyone to hook up with. Hardly anyone was going down Spring Run never mind Fly Paper.

Almost no-one. I've never seen the hill so quiet.

Good visibility all day, a little weak sunshine at times but generally overcast with a cold breeze. Surface stayed hard all day so I'd guess freezing level was around 400m.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Fresh overnight snow was really nice where it had accumulated in hollows and lee slopes elsewhere snow was refrozen and icy. Hard to spot the transition from wind blown powder to hard pack. Where pisted (happy valley, mugs alley, access poma) surface was good 4/5. Spring run has good cover, Fly paper closed but I heard it was full of untracked powder! Mountain is loaded and lots of good lines possible especially when it softens!

Great days skiing, snow as good but soft and sugary later. Good visibility and not many queues.
Only gripe is poor service at both mountain cafe and bottom cafe.
You can't buy water anywhere on that mountain.....complete joke. And the food they serve up at the cafe on the plateau is awful, plus the cafe conditions are terribel....rubbish everywhere, no seats outside, etc.
At bottom cafe at end of day they had run out of draft lager, magners cider and only had bottled beer left. When I asked for a glass of water too I was told I couldn't have one, so then asked for a bottle of water....and they don't have any !! The best bit was when I flipantly said "you dont have much " the reply was " its not our fault". Great customer service !!! Satff at the cafes were generally misearble and dour....and that just annoys me. Glenco always maons about lack of money, etc and yet they can't even sell the funadamentals....must have lost near on ?1000 on water and beer sales over the weekend. Sorry...ranting here...but why not just sell nice clean sandwiches and rolls, etc, etc like at Nevis instead of that muck.

A little overcast first thing. Day got better until blue skies and bright sunshine made it a perfect day. Started to get a little colder around 3pm and snow became a bit harder.
Light winds in the afternoon.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
A good cover, especially up top. Happy valley, main basin, rannoch and etive glades were great. Spring run was a little hard but still good. Fly paper although officially closed was fantastic. Mugs alley had a cover of good fast snow.
