Check the cut as a piste basher continues to try and dig out the Meall Odhar Poma.

Meall Odhar, a fantastic natural terrain park when loaded with snow - lots of fun lines to be found.

The evidence of the snow fall and wind on Wednesday was clear to see around Glenshee as the storm recovery and digging out work continued on Thursday.

Despite that most of the snowsports are was opened out to Glas Maol, but some duplicate lifts were not available as they resources were involved in digging out work. Queues built up at times on the Cairnwell and Butchart's Access and the Caenlochan, but the Meall Odhar Poma should be running on Friday and the other T-bars on Carn Aosda are ready to go now too. 21 lifts are scheduled for Friday if demand.

Soft fresh snow with machine packed snow on the groomers. May slightly crunch up overnight, but expectations are for some fantastic corduroy on the groomed trails in the morning. Surface conditions softening slightly through the day.

There is fantastic sport to be had for all ability levels from first timers taking to the rope tow slope and Dink Dink Pomas through to advanced riders taking on the Cairnwell RaceTracks, Glas Maol, the Tiger and Meall Odhar which is a superb playground of varied terrain with the current extensive cover.

Thanks to 'oldagepredator' for the photos.
