Due to the fairly constant high winds, skiable cover is restricted to the fence lines mostly.

Thanks to Colin Jenkins for today's photos from Nevis Range. If you have been out on the slopes, please send us your photos to pix@winterhighland.com and help keep this service as up to date as possible.
Nevis Range now has sufficient snow to give more or less the full vertical, though the bottom of the Quad runs are narrow, thin and getting scrapped.
The skiable cover is generally limited to close to the fence lines where the snow has managed to stick in the recent high winds, this means the runs are generally narrow and still thin in places. However there was some nice sport to be had were pisted on dry loose fresh snow, but there are some hard/icy areas which developed as the fresh snow got scrapped.
Still limited cover but some sport for all abilities now on offer at Nevis, and currently the longest vertical in Scotland. More snow would be good though.
