Heading over to the Main Basin T-bar from the Cliffy, not enough snow for the Wall T-bar yet, though the Wall run itself is good.

Looking over Mugs Alley to the new Coire Pollach Tow and Plateau Poma.

Low Road is nice easy turns on groomed fresh snow.

Happy Valley has caught quite a bit of drifting snow, nice surface conditions. Main Basin is quite narrow, but lovely snow.

Main Basin T-bar opened during Friday afternoon, giving the full on mountain vertical.

Top half of the Red Access Run has good snow, then it's just a carnage zone, might be better trying the Blue and walking out the bike track.

The good news from Friday afternoon is that the Main Basin T-bar is up and running giving the full on mountain vertical off the lifts With a few inches of snow last night surface conditions are staying nice and fresh with the cold temperatures.

The snow is pretty decent, but don't go hammering down for a first run, it's still quite narrow and there's a lot more terrain than the last two seasons where it was completely flat. The Haggis Trap has been skied, but it's pretty hardcore at the moment, if you go in, think what might be below the other side so don't let rip on the exit!

Happy Valley caught a good bit of drifting snow from the NW wind yesterday and it's a decent run, Etive Glades has lot a bit of snow to both Happy Valley and the Wall.

The Wall has been the pick of the mid-mountain, but there isn't quite enough to get the T-bar up and running yet.

The Plateau area is still thin in places, but surface conditions are good. Old Mugs Alley via the Plateau Cafe fork is the best route to the Cliffhanger Chair. Upper Mugs Alley from the Cliffhanger Chair is only suitable for more experienced skiers and boarders, early intermediates would be advised to stick to the Poma and Coire Pollach Tows.

People have been skiing to the Carpark the last couple of days, top half of the low level Red Access Run is good, but the lower half is beyond combat, so advisable to take download on the Access Chair.
