A couple of photos from Alan Crawford of a tour on CairnGorm on Sunday, sadly by the time the top tows were ready wind and thaw prevented play on Monday and since then most of the snow has gone down the Spey towards the Moray Firth.
It is however turning colder for the end of the year and with models hinting at the freezing level staying below Munro Level for the first week of the New Year it's hoped to restart snow making in the Top Basin asap so at least beginner areas are available.
