Arctic rather than spring conditions greeted those who ventured to Nevis Range on Saturday for their last day of the 2004 season. A slight uphill retreat of the fresh snow line meant the Goose Tow couldn't run, so access to the Summit Tow was either on foot or via Piste Basher taxi.
Nevis Range re-opens the downhill mountain bike track on Saturday 15th May, until then the low level trails around the Base Station are available, as is the 4X course. Been out biking, send us your photos! Remember you can get the current gondola status and latest mountain weather
all summer via our WAP site when your on the go, also from early May the 5-day mountain forecasts will also be available via WAP.
